医学教育改革更多的是热衷于授课形式和方法的改革,而忽视了真正能够渗透到教学各方面的教学理念的改革。结合对生理学教学目标的反思和“岗位胜任力”培养的需求,将生理学教学的核心理念总结为四个方面:“三观”要正,帮助学生树立平衡观、辩证观和整体观;“三基”要牢,培养学生掌握基本的知识架构体系、基本的知识获取能力、基本的操作技能;重视学以致用和强化人文素养。上述核心理念在教学实践中得到学生的广泛认可,临床医学专业学生对核心理念的评价明显高于护理专业。下一步教学改革的方向是在教学理念的指导下如何细化授课内容,以适应专业设置越来越细化的现状。  相似文献

A recent issue of Topics in Cognitive Science featured 11 thoughtful commentaries responding to our article “What happened to cognitive science?” (Núñez et al., 2019). Here, we identify several themes that arose in those commentaries and respond to each. Crucial to understanding our original article is the fundamental distinction between multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary endeavors: Cognitive science began (and has stayed) as multidisciplinary but has failed to move on to form a cohesive interdisciplinary field. We clarify and elaborate our original argument and reiterate the importance of a data‐driven evaluation of the current status of the field, which exhibits a marked disciplinary imbalance, a lack of a coherent conceptual core, and a striking absence of a consistent curriculum in the institutions that grant degrees in this domain. Half a century after the creation of cognitive science, it may now be a good time to revisit goals and visions for how to best approach the ever‐fascinating scientific study of the mind(s).  相似文献

临床营养学作为一门重要的综合学科,已经成为临床治疗中重要的组成部分.临床营养教育是依靠临床营养学这门课程,为培养更加专业的临床营养学人才开展的一门新的教育课程.目前我国的临床营养学教育现状不容乐观,医学院校对临床营养学课程重视不够,在专业教学内容和课程建设方面均无法满足社会需求.通过借鉴国外营养教育制度,并结合国内临床营养人才需求现状,应注意不同专业的医学生在日后工作对临床营养的需求,逐渐开展临床营养学必修课教学,加强营养在临床应用的实践教学;并完善毕业后教育体系,对所有规范化培训的医师增加要求到临床营养科轮转培训且不少于1个月,对非临床医学的营养师要求到临床科室轮转至少2个月.提高进修临床医师继续教育及培训营养支持治疗的认识.临床营养专业的教学改革任重而道远,仍需我们不断完善理论体系,积极践行学科理论和知识,满足我国临床营养的人才需求,使社会认识到临床营养对促进健康、预防和治疗疾病的重要性.  相似文献

The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the need for remote technologies to be used in child and adolescent mental health services. With the UK being placed in lockdown one week before a scheduled ‘face-to-face’ low-intensity CBT training day due to COVID-19, there was a need for rapid adaptations to be made to the content, structure and format of a training day for practitioners in mental health services, to suit the online environment. The content covered the core areas of low-intensity CBT in children and adolescents. Findings showed that the one-day low-intensity training day increased knowledge and understanding in all key areas measured, and was positively received, providing further evidence for the effectiveness and acceptability of remote delivery. Given discussed benefits of remote delivery, as well as rapid developments in technologies helping to address some of the challenges raised, going forward, remote delivery could continue to be beneficial for increasing access to much needed evidence-based interventions.  相似文献

Abstract

Objective: Online videos are commonly used in medical education. The aim of this review was to investigate the role of online instructional videos in teaching procedural skills to postgraduate medical learners.

Methods: This systematic narrative review was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines. MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE, ERIC and Google Scholar were searched. Full texts that applied to online videos, postgraduate medical learners and procedural skills were included without language restrictions. The methodological quality of the studies was evaluated using a validated tool. A thematic analysis of the studies was carried out using a general inductive approach.

Results: A total of 785 articles were retrieved and the full text was reviewed for 66 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. Twenty papers that were relevant to the role of online videos in postgraduate medical education of procedural skills were used for this review. They were heterogenous in the outcomes collected and the evidence was of variable quality. There was strong evidence for the use of online videos for procedural skill knowledge acquisition and retention. Online videos were used for various purposes, such as supervision, assessment, postoperative debriefing, providing feedback, and promoting reflection.

Conclusion: Online videos are a valuable educational tool especially for procedural skill knowledge acquisition and retention. Future research needs to be carried out on the appropriate use of platforms in disseminating and using online videos, identifying the factors surrounding the learners, video characteristics, and data protection.  相似文献
